CDDB... Grrr!
I officially hate CDDB now! When I was trying to rip my Now 59 CD, it stuck 'Various Artists' in every Artist box and the Artist name and song name in the title box!
In the end I downloaded the 2 CDs off BitTorrent... It's kinda legal, seeing as I already have the CDs...
Surely!?

Use freedb rather than cddb (or whatever it's called), and most decent rippers should realise that it's a compilation CD rather than a standard album-by-an-artist CD. Plus, you'll likely get higher quality results if you rip it yourself to a decent format and bitrate, compared with downloading a (probably) low-quality version from BitTorrent. ;)

Well, I would use freedb, but I'm using Winamp, see, and the CDDB server etc. are hard-coded into it (as far as I know!), so it's an impossibility.
I might start using MusicMatch Jukebox again, though...
